I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
If you have a problem with your order (received the wrong products), please e-mail us with your order number at orders@greenleafacupuncture.com so that we may resolve your issue. If you are experiencing adverse reactions to your products, please discontinue use immediately. The body may temporarily go through unpleasant reactions such as acne, itching, and other symptoms due to the detoxifying effects of cleansing products.

What is your Privacy Policy?
At Green Leaf Acupuncture, we respect your privacy. Your information will not be sold or provided to third party companies, except to the appropriate financial institutions in the processing of your order. Personally identifiable consumer information is shared with third parties (such as banks and credit card processors) to the extent necessary for Green Leaf Acupuncture to deliver payment processing services. Occasionally if an item is on back order, or out of stock, the customer will be notified and may choose either to wait, order another item or receive a full refund. Green Leaf Acupuncture does not offer services or sell products to children. Green Leaf Acupuncture does not request or knowingly collect personally identifiable contact information from anyone under the age of 18. What is your Return Policy?
Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, All Sales are Final and there are no refunds or returns. Google Checkout will provide you with a 15 minute time frame after placing your order to cancel. Please cancel your order within the initial 15 minutes. After your 15 minute time frame is up, there are no order cancellations. All Sales are Final, and there are no refunds or returns. In the event of damage to product(s) in shipping it is the policy of Green Leaf Acupuncture to follow the same policy and procedures of the respective shipping company. The customer, or receiver, to whom the package is addressed must report the damage to the shipping company (ie: UPS) within 5 business days of the receipt of the damaged package.

Shipping Times & Costs?
All Isagenix products will be shipped via UPS directly from the manufacturer with Signature Required upon delivery. All other products will be shipped via regular USPS Parcel Post, First Class Mail, or Priority Mail in order to save on shipping costs. Rates are determined by the size and weight of the products ordered. We try our best to ship products as soon as possible, however it can take up to 5-7 business days to ship a product.
